In my traditional art, I love to capture the beauty I find in the world, especially in nature. I primarily use acrylic paint, though I also love collage and mixed media.

Terms of Service

General
I have the right to reject any commission or client for any reason.
Prices are subject to change based on my availability and demand.
Commercial fee: +15% to the original price

Payment
The currency accepted is USD and can be paid through PayPal or Ko-Fi.
Do not send me payment until I have confirmed your commission.
Commissions can either be paid 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% before the final piece is received.
You will not receive your completed commission until all payment is received.

Refunds
You are allowed a full refund if you cancel before I have started your piece, or if I am only in the sketch phase.
Refunds are not allowed once I have started working on the final piece.
No refunds are allowed after you have received the final piece.

Revisions
Revisions are allowed during the sketch phase of the commission.
After the piece has been completed, I can only make minor changes.

Usage
You may NOT alter or edit the artwork without my consent.
The commission is only for personal use, unless discussed beforehand.
You may upload the artwork on social media. Please give credit if you post my artwork online.

Copyright
I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I reserve the right to post the commission online, such as on social media and on my portfolio.
Though the artwork belongs to you, I retain all copyrights of the commission.
You may NOT make profit from my artwork in any way, unless this is discussed beforehand. This includes reselling, merchandise, etc.
You may NOT use my artwork for artificial intelligence (AI), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), or in blockchains.
You may NOT claim or redistribute my artwork.
